Tim Carlson


Tim spent more than 30 years at one of the countries most recognized leaders and largest companies in the building industry.  His career covered the entire spectrum of sales and executive leadership with all channels and go to market strategies.  Tim led the professional trade sales team in the Upper Midwest to record share with his team focused on the professional building industry.  He also spent several years leading the business as supplier to the largest building retail company across all North America.  The 120-member team provided dedicated focus to five separate divisions including significant retail sales through the stores in the US and Canada as well as there .com business.  Tim served on his companies exclusive Top 100 Leaders Committee and the Traditional Division Operating Committee as one of the first dual role matrixed employees.  He was a critical contributor to dozens of multi-functional teams charged with tackling a wide array of critical projects including three significant organizational Strategic Plans.  Tim has recently helped establish a new board for a non-profit that is enjoying tremendous success in its early life.  He was instrumental in re-establishing another non-profit board as they transitioned critical leadership.  Tim has led and contributed to hundreds of successful plans for a vast array of companies.

Today Tim is one of founders and our Senior Consultants.  His extraordinary experience as a trusted leader provides very rich history to draw from.  Tim’s team first approach continues with his consultative style always looking for collaboration to solve any problem.  His multi-functional experience gives him unique insight into how to ensure the organization has the greatest likely of success.  He has been successful in many environments from privately held enterprises, public traded Fortune 100, small entrepreneurial businesses and non-profit volunteer organizations.  He has served on several boards and operating committees to ensure successful execution of plans for the betterment of the companies, their customers as well as the employees and their key suppliers.

For fun Tim is part of the coaching staff for the defending State Champion Stillwater High School Baseball program.  He also continues to serve on the Board for Stillwater Area Baseball Association and the Board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Twin Cities East Metro Chapter.

She has proven results providing strategic direction and innovative leadership while ensuring a strong partnership between IT and business through healthy, lean operations which is transformed to deliver technology that meets the client needs. Mina also has experience in mergers, acquisitions and leading complex integrations. Among Mina’s accomplishments are establishing and leading multi-site operations, enterprise project management, strategic planning, leadership development and customer retention programs. Mina has developed and introduced new organizational methods and operations resulting in high impact leaders and profitable results. Consistency is one of Mina’s hallmarks. Regardless of the challenge, she has always succeeded in driving revenues, profits and market share to unprecedented levels, whether it be in the technology sector or operational design and organizational change management.
